Dear Property Managers/Owners
Businesses across the nation are being forced to pass the cost of increased operating expenses to their consumers. As a service business, fuel and its byproducts permeate every facet of our operation. Increased petroleum prices have impacted the cost of PVC pipe, fertilizer and chemicals, as well as the fuel necessary to operate our vehicles and equipment. These are the staples required to properly service your landscape. Additionally, we are not immune from add-on fuel surcharges from our service providers. We have experienced increased charges from our vendors ranging from uniform providers and waste disposal vendors to material suppliers. In order for us to maintain the integrity of our service, it has become necessary for us to increase our fuel service charge. A fuel surcharge of 5.0 % will be on all invoices beginning June 1, 2008.
We hope you understand that we have done everything within our power to refrain from making any adjustments to your monthly invoice. We will continue strengthening our resolve to find creative ways to ensure your property receives the high quality service that has been a trademark of Terra Pacific Landscape. One way we hope to achieve this goal, is to offset the inevitable increases, by identifying sustainable strategies that we can apply to your landscape.
If you would like to learn more about how we can apply these sustainable strategies to your property, or you have any questions about the surcharge, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail me.
We value your business and hope to maintain a mutually beneficial business relationship.
